It took me a while to get here. I’ve been a business professional for almost three decades. While I’ve always enjoyed my work and I’ve gotten to experience some really incredible things with companies like BellSouth and Nokia, I would never say I was passionate about the work I was doing. Don’t get me wrong, I cared deeply, you couldn’t call it a passion. That changed when I found EOS. In addition to the work I do with EOS, I am a Certified Practice Leader with growth10. I run a group for rapidly scaling, full-time, entrepreneurs with businesses in the $1-5 million range. It’s a group of people dedicated to helping each other be the best they can be in every aspect of business and in life.

Business Consulting

 

I’ve helped many clients over the last 10 years to solve complex problems. I’ve worked across many industries from consumer packaged goods to scrap metal recycling. I work with my clients as a force multiplier, always looking to leverage internal resources as much as possible, teaching as I go. That way, when I leave, the team has learned to fend for themselves as much as possible.

I’m a builder. I like to take the “what” and then do the “how”. I love taking an idea and bringing it to fruition. I love everything about getting stuff done and getting it done well. Whether I’m sitting in the CFO seat or the Integrator seat, my focus is always operational. Working with the team to accomplish the goal.

Even the greatest athletes in the world have coaches. Everyone needs someone to speak into their lives. To stand on the outside looking in and speak truth. To encourage them and direct them toward what’s better.

I love real conversations. I’ve never been much for small talk. In my Leadership Coaching practice, I help people get down to who they really want to be and work with them to achieve their aspirations. I’ll ask the questions others won’t ask you. I’ll tell you the things others won’t tell you. I’ll encourage you to dream big and to dig, dig, dig to find your own passion and purpose.
